Lionel Faleiro has published instructions on his blog for stripping out all the unnecessary “junk” (you know, developer tools, foreign languages, printer drivers, etc.) from the Leopard install discs, and creating your very own 4.2 GB Single-Layer version of Leopard to use as your own personal backup copy. The only necessary tools are a blank DVD, a Mac running Tiger, and Apple’s own Disk Utility.

Not tested this yet.. all at your own risk

It’s nearly time… the countdown for Leopard release is at 1 day 7 hours 29 minutes 11 seconds.

I’m in the camp that is actually looking forward to the new features, especially after watching the guided tour which finally really bought the new features home to me, even if the delivery erred on the ‘Noddy’ side as we say in the UK.

Just testing out marsedit from red sweater software. This is a desktop blogging app for mac.
